Can I change or cancel an order?

There’s a small window to make changes once an order is placed, so it’s important to double-check your shipping and contact details before completing your purchase. 

Once your order number is generated, the order is complete and a confirmation email has been sent to you.

We’ll do our best to help with cancellation or change requests, but we can’t guarantee they’ll be possible.  Please note that if your order has been shipped already, no changes or cancellations can be made.

If your request is received before the order is labeled for dispatch, we’ll cancel and refund the order in full via your original payment method.
