My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

For any orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your delivery and provide photos of the issue. We’ll review the photos and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the damage.

We may ask for the order to be returned for investigation, and we’ll reimburse any return shipping fees if this is required.

Please note: Due to the high water content of Jelly Drops, it’s normal to see some liquid inside the packs, and this can vary between deliveries.
