My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or spoiled, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with explanatory photos. After photos have been received, these orders will be eligible for a part or full refund or replacement, as appropriate to the level of damage.

We may request the order to be returned back to us for the purpose of investigation, in this instance the return fee will be reimbursed.

Please note that due to the high water content, excess liquid in the packs is expected and will vary between orders.
