My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with explanatory photos and if a defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or full refund back to your original payment card.

We may request the order to be returned back to us for the purpose of investigation, in this instance the return fee will be reimbursed.

Please note that due to the high water content, excess liquid in the packs is expected and will vary between orders.
