Once an order is placed there is only a small window where it’s possible to make changes. For this reason, it is your responsibility to ensure the shipping and contact details on the order are complete and correct prior to the completion of your order. Your order is considered complete when an order number is generated and this will be emailed to you directly after a successful payment.
We will do our best to accommodate requests but are unable to guarantee a cancellation or alteration of an order. There are no returns, changes, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have been shipped.
For a cancellation or change request to be considered, it must be received prior to the order being shipped. You’ll be notified of shipment via email. Successful cancellation requests prior to shipment will be refunded in full back though your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Jelly Drops Account or by contacting us. We only ask for a brief reason for the cancellation for feedback purposes. Please note that subscription cancellations won’t impact any orders that have already been activated where an order number is generated. Once an order is activated it is treated as a regular order and our standard cancellation and Returns Policy applies.
